First Allah is deserving of all praises on all levels and none is
worthy of worship other than Allah and none has a share in his dominion
and there is none like on to Him. I am Hussain's father and me and my
wife are very happy with the job Dr Al-Ali done on the circumcision of Hussain. It was very clean and I also needed further consultancey and I
got a very good level of service. It was a very quick process which made

I thought I'd finally get around to leaving some feedback. I'd thought about circumcision for years and finally decided to bite the bullet and visit Dr Al-Ali on May 5th 2011. He was very professional and helpful, I was nervous he put me at ease and chatted and joked throughout the operation. Apart from the initial injection I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during or after the op. Night time erections are a problem after the surgery, but that's to be expected and is only really for the first week. Other than that, it was all plain sailing. I was able to work and walk normally. Other than some swelling it all looked fine. Now it's all healed, I love it. I'm pleased I had it done, it really isn't as bad as some people make out. I'd definitely recommend Dr Al-Ali and his team to anyone considering circumcision.

I had my baby boy

I would highly recommend Dr S Al-Ali, I had my son circumcised just over
a week ago and we travelled down from the Republic of Ireland, it was
worth the trip. The Ring actually fell off within a week and its healing
fine with no complications. The clinic is very neat and the staff are

I don't usually write feedback, but I feel I owe Dr Al-Ali one in this
case. I recently had a circumcision done with Dr Al-Ali. I'm 31 years
old. My circumcision was done for health reasons i.e. to get rid of
re-occuring thrush. My GP only kept giving me cream, but the thrush
always came back which was embarassing and annoying. So I decided to
get circumcised! I had done a lot of reading on the internet and felt
that this was the best action to take. It turned out that this was the
best decision I have ever made.
Dr Al-Ali is a real professional.
Apart for the first local anesthetic jab, the procedure is completely
painless. Once the operation was over Dr Al-Ali gave me a quick
overview of the aftercare procedure and off I went. The first couple of
days were pain free. There was some discomfort during the first week
(damn those night erections!), but that was to be expected. I was
completely healed and having sex again after 3.5 weeks. Do not believe
the stuff you read on the internet that say it takes 3 - 6 months to
recover. It doesn't! And I even had my frenulum removed (which has
actually improved my sex life)!

My son is 3 months old and me and my husband had agreed from the start that we
wanted to circumcise him for religious and hygiene purposes. As a mother, I
naturally felt scared and guilty of the pain this would inflict on my little
baby but after researching and finding Dr Al-Ali's clinic I felt at ease at the
concept of his pain free method. On the day he and his helpful assistant
explained the whole process clearly. The procedure itself was very quick and my
son did not cry. With the thorough after care advice I was given my son didn't
even experience pain or discomfort afterwards, in fact the healing process was
complete within the week! I would recommend this clinic to every body out there
thinking of this procedure as the professionalism and comfort they have to offer

As a guy in his fifties I had
reason to visit my GP with a very tight Frenulum Breve and slight Phimosis conditions
that were getting worse with age. A
circumcision was recommended and a referral to a consultant followed,
confirmation of a circumcision that would be carried out under general
anaesthetic, eventually, even with private medical I would have to wait. I
decided to self pay and research a specialist to get the best job done I could
and thus I checked out the Circumcision in London Clinic and Dr Al-Ali. I
checked his GMC number and searched for complaints and found none. I arranged a consultation, because of my
journey to this stage I knew what to expect and was pleased with the
confirmation and that the procedure would be done under Local Anaesthetic. The
Local worked brilliantly after the first injection I felt nothing there after,
the procedure was carried out professionally and with explanation as it
progressed, I could even have a conversation with Dr Al-Ali and his assistant
Mohammed. Aftercare instruction was given, then I was encouraged to sit and
settle given a couple of pain killers and an aftercare leaflet, which Dr Al-Ali
went through. I could have driven home but had a friend drive just in case. Everything
went according to plan and when a few weeks later I had a concern, I e-mailed
Dr Al-Ali with a photo and asked for his opinion which he promptly replied to
reassure me, the prompt response was appreciated.
Five months later I have adjusted
to the circumcision very well and in fact I’m now a fan and would recommend to
anyone who feels it would benefit them, to go ahead. From my experience the Circumcision
in London Clinic and the team did the best possible job for me it’s always
difficult decision for an older male to make but with neat stitches and an eye
to the aesthetics Dr Al-Ali gave me the best result I could have expected.

The place was very clean and we were dealt with in very professional
manner. Plenty of information was provided before and after the
procedure. Very happy with the service we received and the price was

I had a adult procedure
done a month ago and feel I needed to give a honest feedback as I'm fully
healed now. Dr S Al-Ali is top notch surgeon, I very happy I chosen the right
doctor and the procedure went well with no hiccup. Dr S Al-Ali has a
professional and understanding demeanor. Enabling me to confidently make a
decision to go ahead with the procedure. I was surprised they can fit me in for
an appointment at such short notice. My procedure was on 31st Dec 2010, the
last one carried for the day/year. Due to my work schedule and seeing I had a 2
week time window open. I email for a last minute appointment and was booked in
right away.
Admittedly, I was very nervous,
though both Dr S Al-Ali and his assistant put me at ease and was very patient
that I felt comfortable before the go ahead. I'm the type of person who tends
to look away when faced with a needle. Hence I chosen not to look down until
the procedure was done. Apart from the first needle for local anaesthetic, I
didn't feel any pain at all. I spent most of my time "corpse out" on
the table and looking at the ceiling light to take my mind away from what Was
happening during the procedure.
Overall, it turned out much more
pleasant than I expect. Personal anxiety was the only problem and to be honest,
there was nothing to worry about. Post-op, the only problem I had was the
"morning wake-up" call I had in the morning. This I remedied by
having a pee at night. Then getting up walking up and down my room till it
subsided. I got myself two boxes of Ibuprofen, but only ended up using up just
one boxes. The Ibuprofen wasn't for the pain, it just helped to forget what
happening downstairs while I carried on my daily life.
Bandage/dressing was taken off on
day 7. By the second week, the stitches was all off and I feeled good enough to
ride my motorbike. By week 3, I'm more or less recovered. Stories I heard on
the internet seems to have a bogus 3-4 months recovery time. Which isn't the
case with me, hence I just concluded as scaremongering.
Overall, I like to say I'm glad I
chosen Dr S Al-Ali for my procedure. It was a pleasant experience compared to
what I assumed it will be like.

I would 100% recommend Dr Al-Ali's clinic to everyone wishing to circumcise
their son in a clean, healthy and most of all safe environment. I
checked a lot of other clinics but Circumcision in London clinic stood up to me not only
for the detailed description on the procedure but also the 26 years
certified experience of Dr. Al-Ali. I wont deny the fact that, as any parent
I think I was a little bit nervous and worried that my little boy would
be in pain, but Dr Al-Ali and his assistant made everything much easier by
explaining and being willing to answer any question I had. What else to
say? The procedure was pain-free and quick. My son only cried a little
for the anesthesia and after that nothing. I am 100% satisfied, followed
all their advice and my son's ring fell off exactly 6 days after the
procedure!! Way sooner than I expected!! Thank you Dr Al-Ali and
assistant!!!

My baby boy was born on 01/11/2010. After discharge from Hillingdon
Hospital, I began thinking of a circumcision specialist. I resorted to
the internet and searched on Google. I found some specialists and then
chose to go to Dr. Samir Al-Ali's clinic. I was first afraid because I did
not know anything about him apart from what is there on the website,
which is no enough alone. I went there telling myself I would not let
him do the circumcision if I don't feel that confident and sure of his
experience. So when I got in the clinic, which is close to Queensbury tube
station, I felt happy and lucky to have chosen him. Me and my wife were
welcomed warmly by his staff. A couple were also there doing the
circumcision for their 10-old boy as well. This was on Wednesday
10/11/2010 at 5:30 PM. The clinic was clean and healthy and everything
was done in about 15 minutes. Our baby was given a small injection,
which made him cry a little bit, then it went painlessly. Afterwards, a
member of his staff gave us the aftercare instructions and we left
happily. We paid only GBP 120, which is not much compared to another
circumcision specialist whom I phoned (He wanted GBP 250). I know that
what matters is our babies' safety and health, but why should we pay
that much if we can do it cheaply and professionally at Dr Al-Ali's clinic.
I really recommend him.

I took my son to Dr. Al-Ali's Clinic for circumcision when he was almost 3
month's old. My first impression did not disappoint me...the clinic
was extremely clean and the staff were very professional with loads of
child friendly toys to keep children relaxed. The surgery was very
quick, painless and the result was fantastic...a great work of art. I
was particularly impressed with the after-care support and instructions
which we strictly adhered to and as a result the ring came off in a
week, there was no swelling, smell or infection. In fact it was simply a
pleasant experience, especially for someone who has never experienced
it before. I would highly recommend Dr. Al-Ali, he made everything look
so easy.

was scared at the beginning, but when doctor Al Ali and his assistant
talked to me about what was going to happen I was fine. They gave me
some advice on how to calm down. They were professionals and they made
me comfortable, the surgery went very well, the injection hurt a bit but
the rest was great. I didn’t feel anything in the surgery. It was very
clean and neat. They gave me some advice on creams and told me how to
apply. They did a great job and I’m very happy so don’t worry.

I was introduced to Dr S Al Ali's clinic for my son circumcision by my
health visitor. I was scared to circumcised my son at first so I decided
to do it one day and I gave Dr Ali a call to find out how the procedure
is done and if it is pain free. He told me the procedure is pain free
and very quick. I took my son there yesterday to have it done and truly
it is pain free and very quick and simple. I was able to stand there and
watch as he did the circumcision on my son. I will recommend Dr Ali to
anyone who wants to be circumcised to go there. He is a professional
doctor. So mum's and dad's who are scared, don't be. The next day my son
is fine and he is sleeping a lot. I am glad I have done it for him.

I'd like to feedback my experience on my re-circumcision by Dr.Al-Ali in September
2010. The process was easy, no pain at all, even the injection was almost
pain-free, and throughout the procedure I felt no discomfort. The healing took
only 10-12 days with the dissolvable stitches finally all coming out on the 15th
day leave a scar that is almost invisible. The end result has surpassed my
expectations completely with the shaft skin now being smooth and wrinkle free
and the old scar completely removed. I can honestly say that it is as close to
perfection that I can have imagined. I would heartily recommend Dr Al-Ali to
anyone either for an initial circumcision or 're-do' but would stress two things
that need to be done prior. Firstly know what you want the result to be,
tight/loose, high/low, etc and be honest when answering any questions, if you
have a piercings say so - it does make a difference. I most certainly will be
shouting out to anyone just how excellent the service and standards of Dr
Al-Ali. Thank you so very much

for their child or themselves to be circumcised. From the moment we
were greeted at the front desk to the explanation of after care, all
the staff acted in a professional and compassionate way. The operation
was undertaken in a highly clinical setting that suited this procedure
perfectly. Both my wife and I were present and able to watch. Dr
Al-Ali’s assistant Mohammed helped me feel at ease and gave me a
comprehensive break down of all the issues I brought up. My son healed
in a week with no pain and no irritation of any kind and for this I am
